sec2 & sgl: update the sec and sgl interface

1. update sgl code
2. sec modify buf_map & buf_unmap code for sgl
3. use SEC_DBGFS_VAL_MAX_LEN replace magic number 20
4. use ctx->dev replace ctx->sec_dev
5. use FORMAT_DECIMAL to replace magic number 10
6. use 2, 4, 6, ... sequence to imply ctx_q_num is even
7. sgl support multi-user
