!463 [sync] PR-444: LoongArch: some LS7a device drivers support and LoongArch bug fix

Test:
1) echo mem >/sys/power/state,wait a while,then press the power button,then the system can resume to work
3) echo disk >/sys/power/state,then press the power button,then the system can resume to work  
3) system can boot to screen when using LS7A integrated GPU
4) dowload the linux-test-project source,compile then run the command ./runltp  -f syscalls -s prctl04,the result says PASS
5) make menuconfig,select CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF, make success
