HID: primax: remove spurious dependency 



Remove Kconfig dependency for hid-primax driver on CONFIG_EXPERT.
Please see changelog of 73d5e8f7 ("HID: fix up 'EMBEDDED' mess in
Kconfig") for reasoning behind this.
