ext4: reserve new feature flag codepoints

Reserve the ext4 features flags EXT4_FEATURE_RO_COMPAT_METADATA_CSUM,
EXT4_FEATURE_INCOMPAT_INLINEDATA, and EXT4_FEATURE_INCOMPAT_LARGEDIR.
