MAINTAINERS: use common indentation

Commit 46e2856b ("cpufreq: Add Kryo CPU scaling driver") slips in
some formatting with spaces instead of tabs, which are used in the common
format for the MAINTAINERS file.

Also update to Ilia's new email address, as Ilia requested.
