extcon: palmas: Added a new compatible type *ti,palmas-usb-vid* 



The Palmas device contains only a USB VBUS-ID detector, so added a
compatible type *ti,palmas-usb-vid*. Didn't remove the existing compatible
types for backward compatibility.
