block/dirty-bitmap: add autoload field to BdrvDirtyBitmap 



Mirror AUTO flag from Qcow2 bitmap in BdrvDirtyBitmap. This will be
needed in future, to save this flag back to Qcow2 for persistent
bitmaps.
