pseries: Update SLOF firmware image



Minor SLOF fixes which are required for libvirtd to function properly:
* vio-vscsi: vscsi-report-luns can return 0
* vio-vscsi: added a proper lun parser
* SLOF: vio-vscsi: fixed bug with reported luns
