virtiofsd: add some options to the help message 



Add following options to the help message:
- cache
- flock|no_flock
- norace
- posix_lock|no_posix_lock
- readdirplus|no_readdirplus
- timeout
- writeback|no_writeback
- xattr|no_xattr
