hurd: Fix libsupport xsigstack build

Hurd does not support MAP_NORESERVE and MAP_STACK.

Checked on i686-gnu build.

	* support/xsigstack.c (MAP_NORESERVE, MAP_STACK): Define if they
	are not defined.
