Using wpt-import in Chromium 40d3ef9a.
With Chromium commits locally applied on WPT:
42290b24 "wpt: Fix test_driver's minimize/restore functions."
f8c416f3 "IDB: Extend idbindex_count WPT to cover workers in addition to window."

expectations for those tests; if this CL is large and causes
a few new failures, please fix the failures by adding new
