Revert "[WebAuthn] Re-enable enclave authenticator test"

This reverts commit 83266f56.

Reason for revert: MSan test failures

The CL that this reverts merged more than a day ago. This CL is being reverted because tests are failing, here: https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium/examine/43318520-73be-4802-a3e6-e9298eb4f41d. Especially, EnclaveAuthenticatorBrowserTest.RegisterDeviceWithGpmPin_MakeCredential_Success.
