pinctrl: renesas: Remove superfluous goto in sh_pfc_gpio_set_direction()

Commit b13431ed

 ("pinctrl: sh-pfc: Remove incomplete flag
"cfg->type"") removed the last statement in between the goto and the
label.  Hence remove both.
