s32g:pci: misc/pci_endpoint_test: Workaround for vendor/device not being set properly

The vendor/device values set from the EP test function do not get
the same to the RC side.

We add to pci_endpoint_test the values that actually get from the
EP test function to the pcie_endpoint_test module (RC side) when
attempting to set vendor to Frescale/NXP and device to S32G/S32V.
