Convert CONFIG_SYS_SRIO et al to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_SRIO1
   CONFIG_SRIO2
   CONFIG_SRIO_PCIE_BOOT_MASTER
   CONFIG_SYS_SRIO
