pci: Remove duplicate PCI_CLASS_CODE_* and PCI_CLASS_SUB_CODE_* macros

Macros PCI_CLASS_CODE_* and PCI_CLASS_SUB_CODE_* are unused and are
duplication of PCI_CLASS_* macros defined in pci_ids.h header file.
So remove them.
