OMAPDSS: RFBI: Add error handling for rfbi_probe_pdata



Add proper error handling for rfbi_probe_pdata(). This will cause
EPROBE_DEFER to be properly passed upwards, causing the RFBI driver to be
probed again later if a resource was missing.
