PCI: hv: Remove unnecessary use of %hx 

"dom_req" is a u16 but varargs automatically promotes it to int, so there's
no point in using the %h modifier.  Drop it.

See cbacb5ab ("docs: printk-formats: Stop encouraging use of
unnecessary %h[xudi] and %hh[xudi]") and 70eb2275 ("checkpatch: add
warning for unnecessary use of %h[xudi] and %hh[xudi]").
