KVM: MMU: protect TDP MMU pages only down to required level
mainline inclusion from mainline-v5.13-rc1 commit dbb6964e category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/intel-kernel/issues/I7S3VQ CVE: NA Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=dbb6964e4c38509936719223530acb1870cd6e86 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- When using manual protection of dirty pages, it is not necessary to protect nested page tables down to the 4K level; instead KVM can protect only hugepages in order to split them lazily, and delay write protection at 4K-granularity until KVM_CLEAR_DIRTY_LOG. This was overlooked in the TDP MMU, so do it there as well.
