PCI: uniphier: Rename uniphier_pcie_priv to uniphier_pcie

Rename struct uniphier_pcie_priv to uniphier_pcie to match the convention
of <driver>_pcie. No functional change intended.

[bhelgaas: drop extraneous uniphier_pcie_irq_ack() from patch]
