nfs: Convert to use the preferred fallthrough macro 



Convert the uses of fallthrough comments to fallthrough macro. Please see
commit 294f69e6 ("compiler_attributes.h: Add 'fallthrough' pseudo
keyword for switch/case use") for detail.
