Pull x86 mm cleanups from Borislav Petkov:

 - PTRACE_GETREGS/PTRACE_PUTREGS regset selection cleanup

 - Another initial cleanup - more to follow - to the fault handling
   code.

 - Other minor cleanups and corrections.
