scsi: core: raid_class: Remove raid_component_add()
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.193 commit 148a86651caf12a5f3aebdb70a46838d53dcdd59 category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I9399M Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=148a86651caf12a5f3aebdb70a46838d53dcdd59 -------------------------------- commit 60c5fd2e upstream. The raid_component_add() function was added to the kernel tree via patch "[SCSI] embryonic RAID class" (2005). Remove this function since it never has had any callers in the Linux kernel. And also raid_component_release() is only used in raid_component_add(), so it is also removed.
