Bluetooth: btusb: Enable MSFT extension for Intel controllers



The Intel JeffersonPeak, HarrisonPeak and CyclonePeak Bluetooth
controllers support the Microsoft vendor extension and they are using
0xFC1E for VsMsftOpCode.
