drm/amdgpu: Fix errors & warnings in gfx_v10_0.c



Fix the below checkpatch errors & warnings:

ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
ERROR: space prohibited before that ',' (ctx:WxV)
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:WxV)
ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
ERROR: switch and case should be at the same indent
