wcn36xx: Convert to using wcn36xx_smd_config_bss_v0() 



A previous patch added wcn36xx_smd_config_bss_v0() this patch converts the
version 0 data-path in wcn36xx_smd_config_bss() to use
wcn36xx_smd_config_bss_v0().
