bpf: Fix a typo for BPF_F_ANY_ALIGNMENT in bpf.h 



Fix s/BPF_PROF_LOAD/BPF_PROG_LOAD/ typo in the documentation comment
for BPF_F_ANY_ALIGNMENT in bpf.h.
