remoteproc: qcom: pas: Add sc8280xp remoteprocs 



Among the subsystems in the Qualcomm sc8280xp platform we find an audio
and two compute DSPs. Add support for controlling these using the
peripheral authentication service (PAS) remoteproc driver.
