config: update PMT and TPMI openeuler_defconfig for x86

Add and enable CONFIG_INTEL_TPMI and CONFIG_INTEL_VSEC as module.
CONFIG_AUXILIARY_BUS is set to y automatically.
remove CONFIG_MFD_INTEL_PMT
