1.Remove unmatched comments.
2.Remove unused struct uacce_err_isolate.
3.Remove unused ops 'dump_queue'.
4.Remove unused function dev_to uacce().
5.Use jump labels in uacce_alloc_dma_buffers(), remove jump
labels in uacce_init().
