To support Ascend Hisilicon emmc chip host controller, we externs
specific extensions. We provide an Ascend Hisilicon adapted dw mci
operation set. Ascend Hisi mmc has different process such as Hisilicon
adapted init slot, specials interrupt. We also add some properties
to dts, so we need to parse these properties to customized our
capability.
