Quality reinforcement content:

1. use bsg_remove_queue replace sssraid_remove_bsg to
address insufficient resource release.
2. set pdev private data to NULL when probe process
failed to prevent from accessing null pointers in next
possible exit process.
3. modifications for code review recommendations.
