Merge tag 'timers_urgent_for_v5.11_rc5' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip

the latter happening every 2 seconds instead of the intended every 11
   minutes.

 - Get rid of now unused get_seconds().
